D&K Investment Fund, LLC is a North Carolina limited liability company formed to provide subordinated debt to Dagger & Key for the house construction and align with the construction-to-permanent loan from the bank. Investors will hold pro-rata ownership based on their investment amounts. The loan will bear 12% annual interest rate, payable at year-end, include a 2% one-time fee, and be secured by a second lien, fully subordinated to the primary construction loan, with a term of up to 10 years. Cary Nordan will manage the LLC, provide quarterly updates, and serve at no cost to investors. Members will receive K-1s annually, and all interest and repayments will be distributed within 90 days of receipt. The first close has occurred.
