President - Ryan Cottrell (Mu, 99')

Will serve the next two years as President of the Iota Psi Alumni Association.  Ryan resides with his wife Brooke and two children, Jones (5) and Crosby (2) in Charlotte, NC.  Ryan has been with Sanofi Pharmaceuticals for 10 years where he currently serves as Head of Value Assessment for Sanofi's portfolio of vaccines.  Previous to the role of President of Iota Psi Alumni Association, Ryan served as MC for the Iota Psi Chapter while in undergrad and as Social chair for the alumni association from 2015-2020 coordinating the annual golf tournament and the 20th & 25th Anniversary celebrations.  Within his new role of President, Ryan plans to focus on two areas.  One, increase the connectivity (professionally and socially) of our 1000+ Iota Psi  Alumni around the US and abroad.  Two, create a meaningful interaction between Alumni and our chapter to assist in the transition from Brother to Alumni on both a personal and professional level.

Vice President - Mark Vertreese (Alpha / Founding Father, '94)

Serves as the Vice President.  Currently living in Huntersville, NC, Mark is a Senior Treasury Solutions Payables Consultant for Fifth Third Bank, as well as the owner of a commercial copywriting firm, Elliott Vernon, LLC.  He is the past president of the Housing Corporation, and has been a contributing member of the previous iterations of the Alumni Association for years.  He is married to Julia Bousman Vertreese (an ASU Sigma Kappa) and has one child, Nolan ('18, Tau Chapter, UNC-Chapel Hill).

Secretary/Treasurer - Chad Gambrell (Rho, '02)

Serves as the Treasurer/Secretary.  Chad resides in Charlotte, NC and works within Cyber & IT Audit.  He is married to Hannah Gambrell and has two future legacies.  During his time with Pike, Chad has served two terms as the undergraduate Treasurer (back-to-back chapter excellence award tenures).  Post-graduation Chad served in various roles as chapter advisors for Iota Psi & Wofford College.  In addition, Chad served as VP within the establishment of the Greater Charlotte Alumni Association (back-to-back William R. Nester Award alumni association award tenures).
